Using the product

You must be a legal adult where you live to use SwipeForSex. You're responsible for your account, your matches, and what you say or send on the platform. If you break local laws or these terms, we can limit or remove your access.

Content and behavior

• No hate, harassment, or non-consensual content.
• No impersonation, scams, or spam.
• No sharing of private content from others without consent.

We can remove content or suspend accounts that cross the line. We'd rather not, but we will to keep the space safe.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid features, if you choose them, are billed through our payment partners. Pricing and features may change as the product evolves. We'll always show you the current price before you confirm a charge.

No guarantees

We build SwipeForSex to be fast, safe, and honest. Still, we can't guarantee matches, outcomes, or uninterrupted access. The product is provided "as is" without promises beyond what the law requires.

Changes to these terms

When we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and, when it's a meaningful change, let active users know in-app or by email. If you keep using the product after changes, that means you're okay with the new version.
